- Keynote
- 45 to 60 minutes with Q and A. Conferences, convenings, staff days, and campus events.
- Workshop
- 90 minutes to half a day. Interactive, chart based, with materials for every participant.
- Student series or residency
- Multi session programming for cohorts, student groups, and leadership teams.
- Retreat or healing experience
- Self care and wellness retreat facilitation plus Reiki and restorative practice, built with your team or venue.
