Through talks, workshops and educational programs, Tiana works at the intersection of identity, radical self-trust, entrepreneurship, Human Design and intentional future-building. Her highly participatory approach pairs reflection with practical tools, helping students, emerging leaders and entrepreneurs translate self-awareness into clearer decisions, stronger strategies and meaningful action.
Tiana is the creator of The Expansion Experience, Monetize Your Magic and Play by Design, three bodies of work applying this philosophy to student development, entrepreneurship and Human Design.
Her speaking and facilitation experience includes work with universities, youth programs, entrepreneurship communities, public institutions, cultural organizations and wellness spaces, including Harvard University, Northeastern University, Smith College, UMass Amherst, Mount Wachusett Community College and the City of Boston.
Her professional background spans entrepreneurship, arts and cultural leadership, education, community building and business development.
