75 minutes is $99 and 45 minutes is $55. Sessions are one to one.

Choose a session length and pick from the times that are open. If none of them work for you, send a note and we will find something that does.

Sessions are held in Boston or virtually, by appointment. Virtual sessions work the same way, with you resting at home.

The honest answer is that the research is promising in some areas and inconclusive in others. I keep a plainly written research library on this site so you can read the studies, including the critical reviews, and decide for yourself.

One session is enough to feel something. If you are working through something ongoing, a short series usually does more than a single visit.

Reiki is non invasive and safe alongside other care, and it is not therapy or medical treatment. It supports rest, clarity, and self trust. It does not replace medical or mental health care.

Start with three things: your type, your strategy for making decisions, and which centers are defined or open. Everything else builds on those. Reading it with someone is usually faster than reading it alone.

If you want focused time with your chart, we can do it as a guided coaching session where we read the parts of your chart that reveal how you are wired and where you are experiencing your reality. It works best wrapped into mentorship, though a Human Design overview add-on is available by request.
