The Auntie
I’m Tiana.
Alignment Auntie began as a quiet practice of returning to myself, and grew into a studio for the people around me doing the same work.
I read charts, hold Reiki sessions, and facilitate workshops the way I’d want to be met. Gently, without a script, and always in service of the person in front of me. Less advice, more permission to trust yourself again.
My practice sits at the meeting point of Human Design, energy healing, and education. Human Design gives us language. Reiki lets the body catch up. Facilitation is how the work moves through a room of people at once.
I’m trained in the Usui lineage of Reiki and continue to study. I work with individuals, small groups, schools, wellness spaces, and organizations across Boston and virtually.
You are not a project to fix. You are someone worth returning to, and everything I build here is shaped around that single idea.

The certification covers educational programming, keynote speaking, workshop facilitation, self care and wellness retreats, healing experiences, coaching, consulting, and Reiki energy healing for organizations and individuals.
