01Send the scopeTell me who the people are, how many, where, and what you want them to leave with. A rough date range is enough to start.
Per event: A single keynote, workshop, retreat day, or block of Reiki sessions. One scope, one invoice.
02Receive a written proposalScope of work, format, session count, and pricing, along with MBE, WBE, and SLBE certification documentation for your procurement file.
Monthly retainer: A recurring presence, such as a standing Reiki day for staff or patients, or programming across a semester.
03Confirm and scheduleInvoice against a purchase order, contract, or retainer, then we lock dates and I handle the rest.
Program partnership: Built alongside your team for a cohort, department, or season, with sessions sequenced over time.
